Look, I'm no economist. Economics isn't even something I'm interested in. I'm just an average high school kid trying to pass the class to graduate. However, this book was definitely worth my time. Many of the points that Levitt and Dubner explore were really intriguing to me. They really showed me that the world isn't the ideal "black and white" but in reality a messy blotch of different shades of gray (Not the book!). I enjoyed the easy, yet witty, vocabulary and slower paced approach to the concepts, which helped me connect as a reader to the text. The book actually felt like someone was talking to you, verse reading a manuscript.
I actually learned what economics is and the reality isn't nearly as boring as I thought. In fact, I gained a lot of common sense from this book, as well a few nifty tricks for later on in life.
